- Can I pay with multiple cards?
Yes, Maestro® One Click Pay is linked to your customer number from your supplier, and not to an account. You must confirm using a card reader only the first time you use a new bank account. After that, it's just one click.
- What if I change my bank?
One Click Maestro Pay is linked to your customer number. So, you can use multiple cards from different banks. You can easily reassign payments from your old bank card which you've removed from Maestro® One Click Pay.
- If I change my bank, do I lose my archive of documents from the past 24 months?
No, Maestro® One Click Pay is linked to your customer number from your supplier. As long as you have not changed your customer number from your supplier, you will keep all your documents stored in one place.
- Can I forward the email (for example, because someone else pays my bills)?
Yes, you can forward the email to other email addresses. The payment can be made from any email inbox. The payment can only be made once. Everyone that clicks the link after the payment, will get an “already paid” message.
- I want Maestro® One Click Pay received on another email address.
Your supplier manages the email address where your Maestro® One Click Pay is sent, so please contact your supplier.
- Is One Click Maestro Pay free?
Yes, Maestro® One Click Pay is free for you as a recipient of the invoice.
- What if I click a second time on the payment button?
If the payment was successful the first time, then you will see a screen indicating that the payment has been made. So, you can not pay the same bill twice using Maestro® One Click Pay.
- How do I know that this is not a phishing email?
One Click Maestro Pay is your best guarantee against phishing. Suppliers wishing to offer Maestro® One Click Pay have to sign a contract. The suppliers are very well screened, unscrupulous companies can never offer Maestro® One Click Pay!
- How to recognize phishing?
Maestro® One Click Pay emails never ask you to enter your personal code except on your card reader, not even the first time around. For the first time, you will have to enter your personal code and other details, but only into your secure card reader, and never online.
- Can I pay from a foreign account?
Maestro One ClickPay works with all bank cards carrying the Maestro logo, regardless of the country where they were issued. There is one exception, and that is The Netherlands: if you have a Dutch bank card, then unfortunately the Maestro® One Click Pay service will not work.
